While out proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God in Africa, we often see healing and miracles. Once in awhile we have these documented on video. In this segment, a man who is blind in his eye tries to see after prayer. At first he strains to see. Then, with continued expectation and encouragement, the man looks to see and something happens. After a discouraging start as a missionary, I decided I wouldn't preach again unless God invited me himself. At that moment, a man came through the door. My wife Kathie and I were stunned. A 7 minute story that will encourage you with God, nothing goes unnoticed.

As a newly wed trying to live by faith, Kathie and I came to a crises. Money was really tight and we needed a plan. I asked the Lord what I should do. The Lord said start a business, a carpet cleaning business. Watch and see what the Lord did.

A precious baby born as a miracle is threatened by death. An allergic reaction to a sulfur drug is burning the child inside and out. The doctors give little hope. Our faith to believe the Lord for healing is drained. But then a ray of hope, something happens.

After many years of pastoring my life had become boring. I intuitively knew something was not right. Though I had ministered in great city evangelism events and seen some incredible miracles, I wasn't satisfied. What was wrong with me? Then, "BAM", I stepped into the door way...the breeze way...the portal of God. Everything changed! The presence is everything. It is the center piece of life.

It happened in the open air...in the raw so to speak. This last May 09, half the population of Nakonde, Zambia (thirty thousand) came out for 5 days to hear and see what was happening through the proclamation of Jesus by Tommy Griner and the Father's Heart Africa team. They came with an expectation that God would show himself alive by transforming hearts, healing bodies, and delivering those oppressed by demon spirits. And they were not disappointed, God showed up and the people were thrilled. Mind you, this is not American television or acculturated Christianity, this is the news of Jesus Christ among the poor...a people who for the most part have spent their days in toil eking out a living. This is our record of what we saw and heard. It is a window in to our lives and theirs. And in case someone is wondering, we do more than preach.
